St Andrew's Church, Watford St Andrew’s Watford is a Church of England Church in the Diocese of St Albans. Our worship is based around a set liturgy, and aims to be relaxed but dignified.

St Andrew's Watford is a parish in the Watford Deanery of the Church of England, Diocese of St Albans. We are an inclusive church and our members are valued regardless of age, gender, race, colour, sexuality or disability. Our 8am Communion service is quiet, with traditional language and a short address. Our 10 am Parish Communion uses modern language and mainly traditional hymns, led by choir and

Join us on Sunday 6th September at 10am at St Andrew’s Church, for a fun all-age service as we celebrate the start of a new school year.

We’ll be praying for children, young people, teachers, school staff, and everyone beginning a new term or season. We’d love you to bring your school bag, backpack, work bag, or nursery bag along for a special blessing during the service.

Every child will receive a special bag tag with a prayer to take with them into the year ahead, and there’ll be plenty of fun along the way!

Whether you’re part of St Andrew’s already or looking for a church to visit, this is a brilliant Sunday to come along and invite friends and neighbours too.

✨ A couple of invitations for the week ahead! ✨

🧸 After the 10am service this Sunday, we’ll be giving the toys in the South Aisle a good clean ready for the new term. If you can spare 20–30 minutes to help wash, wipe and tidy, we’d love to have you join us!
