🚀 We’re Hiring: Youth Hub Lead (Washington, Tyne & Wear)
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 | Full-Time
Are you passionate about helping young people explore faith, grow in confidence, and find a place to belong?
We’re looking for a Youth Hub Lead to pioneer an exciting new project working across schools, churches, and the community in Washington. This is a unique opportunity to shape youth engagement across a whole town in partnership with Hope Family Church, Holy Trinity, and St George’s.
You’ll lead mentoring, student leadership development, and discipleship pathways, helping young people move from first contact to becoming part of a thriving church community.
