St Nicholas Church is a friendly place of worship & community situated at the heart of the historic town of Warwick, opposite one of the gates to Warwick Castle and adjacent to the attractive St Nicholas Park. We are a friendly church which seeks to welcome everyone including families, children and those who live alone. Our main Sunday Service is usually a communion service which takes place at 10
am. We welcome children to this service and have table activities/craft for them to enjoy at the back of the church. On certain special occasions throughout the year we also hold Family Services instead of our usual communion services which are suitable for children and all are welcome, including our uniformed organisations. We also have an informal bimonthly 9am service which meets for just half and hour followed by breakfast and is very suitable for young children. There is a 10 am communion service on Tuesdays and many of us get together during the week to meet in housegroups to study the Bible, pray and get to know each other. A thriving Parent/Toddler Group also meets on Wednesdays at 10am during term-time. Music plays a significant part in the worship at St Nicholas – we have a combination/hybrid organ and a robed choir as well as the sound of the bells.
