A community celebration - All are welcome along to Encounter Fest on Friday 31st.
The day will provide a time and a place for the people of the community to get together on the green, have some fun, and get to know one another better.
There will be a range of fun activities for all the family, including;
● A fun golf challenge - with prizes.
● Kids crafts
● Face painting
● Large football cage
● Circus Skills
● Prayer tent
● Tea, coffee and cakes
Also on the day, the Central Credit Union will be on site providing information and support on safe money, savings and avoiding financial harm, such as loan sharks and illegal money lenders.
In partnership with the police, schools and community groups, such as the Encounter Centre Birchwood they are a non profit, public awareness and support service.
Encourage Fest 1pm - 4pm Friday 31st July on the green beside the centre, outside BetFred HQ.
