Today we especially think about our new Minister Revd Sue Ann on her first day in ministry. We are very much looking forward to sharing this journey with her and Audrey.

Also to Revd Vincent and Deacon Emily as they start new roles in the Sankey Valley Methodist Circuit

We say thank you to Revd Pat for his support over the last 12 months and wish him well as he continues his retirement.

For some, a new Connexional year means the beginning of a new role. We pray for all those who are new to our District, and for their ministry this coming year.

Our wonderful children and young people will be leading the café service at 10.30am this morning. We are looking forward to hearing the stories of Jesus and discussing what they mean for us today! They look forward to welcoming you ☺️

Christian Aid week starts today and we have various events this week to focus on the work of this organisation.

Our Worship Leaders are leading our service this morning and there will then be a frugal lunch and our Eccles Cake bake off.

On Wednesday our Corner Coffee Shop will hold an afternoon with musical entertainment and all donations will be given to Christian Aid.
