TEAS AT ST.MARY’S FARLEIGH.

We are looking for someone, perhaps a small team, to manage the Teas at St.Mary’s.

If you are interested please contact us.

Last year the couple who have been managing the Teas for some years let us know that they are unable to continue this task.
Previously it has been handed down within the St.Mary’s family, but there is no one able to take on the role at St.Mary’s.

The role would require management of the volunteers, organising that we have sufficient tea, coffee, sugar, milk and of course cake, that there is a float for cash sales and that the hall is set up and broken down afterwards amongst other tasks.

This is obviously not a Sunday afternoon role as it requires some time in the week to organise all this. The dates and times of Teas would be down to the manager, there is no requirement to run every Sunday as we have historically done.

When we have interested people we will arrange a meeting where we can meet them and their proposals.

I hope that this will attract some interest because as I write we will not run Teas this year unless this role can be filled.
