Christ Church is one of two Anglican parishes in the historic town of Ware in East Hertfordshire. It is a lively evangelical church in the heart of the town where for over 150 years it has sought to share the love of God in this community through Bible-based teaching and pastoral care, practical outreach and friendship. Since its foundation Christ Church has been conservative evangelical with a strong Bible-based teaching ministry. Today, it would be accurate to describe Christ Church as having an open evangelical stance, with elements of renewal but with a strongly biblical perspective. Our focus is on our personal encounter with Christ and his calling to share his love with all.
