We thank you Lord for your servants who work in the medical and healing profession. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.

Today we pray for those work in the media and the arts. For our local farmers, those of a fishing community and those in commerce and industry. We remember those whose work is unfulfilling, stressful or fraught with danger and those who are unemployed. Lord have mercy.
We remember our friends at Portobello Methodist Church and the mission and ministry in Portobello. Amen

On a Sunday we pray for the church throughout the world, for all those who lead the church. Remembering today our own Circuit of Hidden River giving thanks for our Ministers, Local Preachers, Lay Workers and Circuit Staff Team. We also remember the local Churches and other faith groups in Brownhills. We pray for the leaders of the nations and the natural world and the resources of the earth.
We pray on this Sunday for our own church in Brownhills for the mission and ministry and the community it serves across Brownhills and Brownhills West. For the ongoing development project to make the church building fit for the community of the future. We ask you to pray for growth amongst our church community welcoming everyone into the fold. We pray for all those who are in any kind of need

Today we pray for all whom we love, for our homes our family and friends. We remember today those spend time caring for others especially the work of Knaves Court in our community and those who have lost hope. We pray for those who are preparing to lead worship tomorrow guide them and give them wisdom to proclaim the gospel in your name.
We pray for those who are close to death, those who will die this day, those who will die alone and those who will die not knowing the peace of Christ. May they rest in peace and rise in glory.

We give thanks today for His Majesty The King for his ongoing health. We pray for members of parliament in particular our MP for Aldridge - Brownhills Wendy Morton MP and for the Armed Forces. We pray for peace and justice in our world and those who work for reconciliation. We ask for your loving guidance and care to those whose lives have been devastated by war and civil strife, for prisoners, refugees and homeless people.

We remember today our friends at Pelsall Methodist Church for its mission and ministry in the village for the mission of the Walsall North Foodbank that operates from the Church building. We pray for Revd Mike Claridge as he takes pastoral charge of this church.

Today we remember our local government and community leaders and for those who provide local services to our community. We pray for those who work with young or elderly people, for schools colleges and universities as they return. Remembering especially our own schools across Brownhills & Brownhills West. We thank you Lord for our emergency and rescue organisations for them hearing your call to live out their vocation.

In our daily prayer today we remember the social services of this borough of Walsall, for all who in the criminal justice system, the victims and perpetrators of crime. We pray for the work of aid agencies throughout the world and for those living in poverty or under oppression.
