🌟 What an afternoon at Hackbridge Spiritualist Church!

This afternoon we had the absolute joy of hosting the Being Spiritual Lyceum — and what a session it was!

We gathered together for a brilliant, plain-English conversation about what being Spiritual really looks like in today’s world — and how the principles laid down over 175 years ago speak just as powerfully to Generation Alpha as they ever have. No jargon, no formality — just honest, open, heart-felt discussion.

And the ages in the room? Four years old to over sixty. 🙌 That’s the beauty of Spiritualism — it belongs to everyone.

From there we flowed into a wonderful sing-song and Holy Communion Spiritual Service, before sharing the circle with a little mediumship too — a very special afternoon made even more special by sharing it with my mum and dad by my side.

We rounded it all off the only way you should — tea, coffee, cake, and brilliant conversation stretching well into the afternoon. ☕🍰

If you’ve never been to a Lyceum session, this is exactly the kind of afternoon you’re missing. Welcoming, warm, thought-provoking, and genuinely joyful.

Three generations of the Robinson family will be there — Ray and Ashley demonstrating mediumship together, with Generation Alpha providing spiritual support and absolutely no guarantee of staying quiet. ⚡

Our communion is a celebration of all life. We believe everything is made of energy, and that God might beautifully describe the sum total of all that energy. The bread we share isn’t a literal body — it’s a symbol of something profound: that we are all expressions of the same divine energy. A moment of gratitude. For life. For connection. For each other. 🙏

If we’re right that this is the first time it’s been held here — that makes Sunday something truly special.

Tonight at Hackbridge Spiritualist Church, we were absolutely BLESSED with your presence — and what a crowd you brought! 🙌
A heartfelt, enormous THANK YOU to every single one of you who came out tonight in such wonderful numbers to support the church and witness a truly special evening of mediumship with the one, the only — the aptly named — Mr Ivan “Unique” Lee 🌟
From the very first message to the last, the energy in the room was electric, the evidence was undeniable, and the love — from this world and the next — was felt by all. 💙
Evenings like tonight remind us exactly why we do what we do — bringing comfort, connection, and the beautiful truth that love never dies. 🕊️
