I run sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays, but on other days you can ask your smart speaker for Esther Steward (or look me up on Spotify) for the fun to continue at home.

This week I’ll be at Kids’ Stuff (formerly Bedminster Methodist Church) on Monday and The Langton Pub on Tuesday. Times and details of the sessions are on my website (link in bio) and it’s drop-in. There’s a car park at both venues and all are welcome.

The sun… Sometimes it’s here, sometimes it’s not.

Whatever the weather, Tuesday Rhymetime should lift your spirits - a joyful sing in a sparkly room above a pub/cafe. It’s drop-in, so pop along if you can.

Yes, it’s rainy, and yes it’s cold, but my hellebore is looking splendid and the schools have completed the first half term of the year.

I will be doing Rhymetime on Monday and Tuesday this week, and older siblings who are happy to join in or listen will be very welcome.

See you in Bedminster at Kids’ Stuff (formerly Bedminster Methodist Church) on Monday, 10 am toddlers and 1045 babies.

On Tuesday, I will be at The Langton Wellness hub at 11am. Please leave your buggies at home if possible, as this makes it easier for the staff in the pub.

Uh-oh! There’s no heating at Bedminster tomorrow (Monday 2nd) .

Bring a good woolly jumper and lots of energy for moving around and keeping ourselves warm! Bonus points for bobble hats and scarves… 🧣

Argh! Why did I mess with a tried and tested formula?! I just wanted to show some love to my new Brislington Rhymetimers but changing the last word doesn’t quite work. Had I thought it through? No.

I had a few minutes before my session started yesterday, so I set up my phone. Listening back, I’m blown away by the acoustics!

That said, Rhymetime is always best when there are lots of us there singing together as we were straight after this. A beautiful mix of voices, children, dads, mums, aunties and grandmas… we sounded good!

Enjoy the rest of the week and I’ll be back in Bedminster on Monday, and Brislington on Tuesday.

I’m so happy to be using this beautiful space — it’s calm, welcoming, and the upstairs room (about 20 steps) comes with lovely views across the city.

We take shoes off inside (tucking them under the bench), and everyone has taken that in their stride. Feel free to bring slippers if that makes you more comfortable.

Join us at 11am every Tuesday… I’d love to see you there, and it’s a drop in so there’s no need to commit in advance.
