Saturday 9th July 2022 - You are invited!
On Saturday 9th July we are going to be doing a sponsored walk around the Borough of Waltham Forest to raise vital funds for the work of Waltham Forest Youth for Christ. The 26.2 mile walk will involve 3 prayer stops at local churches where we will invite people to join us in praying for the area.
There are lots of ways you can get involved:
🥾 Walk- The marathon distance walk will be a great opportunity to spend time together praying as we go. But don't worry! If you don't want to walk the whole thing you don't have to do. We'd love you to join us for whatever distance you are able to do. A map will be available with smaller walks detailed so you can still get involved. If you would like to walk (any distance) then get in touch by dropping us a message asap.
🙏 Pray- We firmly believe that prayer is vital to all we do, and we invite you to join us at one or more of the prayer stops along the way. More information will be released soon about these.
💰 Give- In order for Waltham Forest Youth for Christ to do the work we do, we need to raise funds. Please prayerfully consider sponsoring us to do this walk. Any amount can make a huge difference. Details will be released soon about the different ways that you can donate.
