Join us for God’s Word, worship, prayer and fellowship every Sunday at 10:00am. We are a family of Christians in and around Turners Hill, West Sussex, who have been brought together by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, his death for the forgiveness of our sins and his resurrection for a wonderful new life by His Spirit, overflowing with the love of God.

With so many voices claiming to have the answers, life hacks, fixes, trends; so many people speaking their own truth…but how do we know what’s really right and true?

A Sunday of deep truths, prayer, and praise for both the children and the grownups 🙌

Pete preached the penultimate message from Zechariah, but we’re taking a pause in the series as we look forward to welcoming guest preacher Bill Calder next Sunday 👋

In children’s ministry, we explored the truth that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, learning that each of us is a precious gift from God 💝

We’re reaching the end of our journey through Zechariah and though it’s been a challenging book with many complex prophecies, our pastor Pete has faithfully brought them to light, revealing their meanings, challenging us to how they apply to our lives and beautifully weaving together the Old Testament to the New.

This week we looked at Zechariah 13:1–9 and God’s work of purifying His people:
1️⃣ Rinsing away of sin
2️⃣ Revulsion of idolatry
3️⃣ Refining in the fire

Out in Kids’ Ministry, we’re exploring “Who Am I?” Last week the children learned they were made by God and this week that they were made to love others 💕

Are you being served… or are you serving?

Matt brought us a message from Mark 10:45 yesterday: “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Even washing his wife Lisa’s feet on stage as a reminder of Christ’s example to us.

Out in the hall we explored Jesus’ finished mission: He died, was buried, rose again, met with His friends, and with the mission compete He returned to heaven.

So the question still stands… are we just a consumer on a Sunday morning, or are we walking in the footsteps of our humble servant King, the Risen Saviour?

Join us this Sunday morning at 10am for our last service before Christmas ✨We will also be meeting at 10am on Christmas Morning to start the day with Christ at its centre✨ We’d love to see you, everyone is invited.

This week on the last Sunday of Advent we reflect on Christian love (agape), the kind of love defined by Jesus through how he lived and served. It’s not just a feeling, but a choice to put others first, to act with kindness, humility, patience and self-giving care, even when it’s difficult. This is the same selfless, unconditional love God shows us, and the love we’re invited to share with the world. 🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️💗

Come and prepare your hearts for Christmas with us.
