We have two fabulous upcoming Christmas events that we’d love you to come along to. They are both open to everyone – even if you’ve never been along to a church event ever before, we’d love to have you there!

On Saturday 13th December we are hosting a Christmas Coffee Morning from 10:30am-midday at Hilperton Village Hall. Everyone is invited to join us for free festive hot drinks, mince pies and biscuits. Come and hear more about why everyone should celebrate the real Christmas!

You’re also invited to our Christmas Carol Service on Sunday 14th December at 4pm at our usual venue of Hilperton C of E Primary School on Newleaze road. We’ll be singing traditional carols celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ and considering the incredible implications of his arrival. This will be followed by hot drinks, mince pies and more afterwards. And it’s completely free of charge! So come along and bring friends, family, colleagues for a lovely celebration of our Lord.

On Sunday morning we were reminded that the key events around the life, death and resurrection of Jesus are the heart of Christian faith. And they are good news because they remind us of the bedrock of the truth: that Jesus has decisively defeated sin and death for his people.

We'd love you to join us for a free hot and cold Harvest Supper buffet at Hilperton Village Hall on Saturday 11th October at 6pm!

Young and old are all invited, especially if you've never been before! We will be thanking God for His goodness to all of us at harvest time. The meal is absolutely free of charge and includes a short talk from the Bible.

Did you know Jesus is better than a cold drink on a hot day?

GRBC was out today in Trowbridge with our regular book table, handing out leaflets and church invitations to tell people the amazing news of Jesus! Because of the fiercely hot weather today, some of our good news also came with free bottles of iced water attached...

Jesus said: “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst... the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” The Bible, John 4:13-14
