Today Deborah and Evie spent some time reflecting on Mary and Josephs arrival in Bathlehem and how they felt ?- Here are some of there thoughts as they painted... Evie chose the word exclude instead of outside.. and we then went for excluded. The hands were what Evie saw... Very real for today... I wonder how we keep God at a distance too?

We also got a little behind in sharing our other banners but they will all be around on Sunday in St Meddans and if you fancy getting involved you can come along at 9:30am to meadowgreen as we explore the shepherds story...

Today we enter a period of (about 12days) of national mourning to mark the death and celebrate "a life well lived"

'Pray for me … that God may give me wisdom and strength to carry out the solemn promises I shall be making, and that I may faithfully serve Him and you, all the days of my life.’

That was the prayer request made by Queen Elizabeth II in her first Christmas broadcast in 1952.
