// 📖 Proverbs 26v20 (NLT) ⚓️ Just like a fire only stays alight if you keep adding fuel (wood) to it, gossip only survives when people keep repeating it. Stop that fire spreading, stop gossiping about those around you. There is no need to add to someone else's problems. 💙

// 📖 Ephesians 4v26 (NCV) ⚓️ When we get angry, we can lash out, but here we are told not to do that. It can be hard to keep our emotions under control, but with God’s help, that is possible. Also, if you are calm before bedtime, you’ll probably sleep better as well, so try to do that too when you can. 💙

// 📖 Psalm 133v1 (NCV) ⚓️ There is a lot of conflict in the world. Whether it is in foreign countries at war, in politics causing tension, or in arguments in our schools, colleges, or households. As God’s followers, we are told to be people of peace, and that makes God happy. Have you been a peaceful person recently? 💙

// 📖 Exodus 4v10 (NLT) ⚓️ Sometimes we can think we don't know the right words to speak to God, or we aren't posh enough. That doesn’t matter. God knows us; He created us. Use whatever words you have, and he will know what you mean. Give it a try. 💙

// 📖 Isaiah 26v3 (NCV) ⚓️ I think it’s fair to see we are now in exam season, whether that be GCSEs, A Levels, Scottish Highers, SATs, or something else, either way, it’s not a fun time. It can cause a lot of stress, pressure and anxiety. Here we see that as long as we trust in God, he will give us peace in these times. 💙

// 📖 Mark 6v31 (NIV) ⚓️ We’ve just had a bank holiday Monday, a day off school, college or work. What did you do, or did you pack it full, or did you manage to relax? This verse is in the middle of a busy time for Jesus’s disciples, so He told them to rest. In the middle of your busy times, make sure you rest. 💙

// 📖 Psalms 139v14 (NCV) ⚓️ Because of social media, comparison can be the thief of joy. We can get sad when we don't feel like we measure up. But God made us each unique, just how he wanted us to be; amazing! We are walking examples of God's handiwork, and I can't minimise that. 💙

// 📖 Zechariah 10v1 (NLT) ⚓️ Over winter, especially in Wales, it rains. A lot. But now we are in spring, we can see the new growth, the lush green meadows and the flowing streams. All the horrible weather we went through has paid off. It’s the same in our lives. We can go through tough times with plenty of downpours, but it will produce something wonderful in us. 💙
