Worship on Sunday 16th August

Our Rector is on Retreat and so we have the pleasure of welcoming Rev Peter Allen at Abthorpe, St John the Baptist Church for the Holy Eucharist at 10 a.m. Do join us and praise God, offer prayers and share in community life.

There is also worship with our Methodist friends in Silverstone at 10 a.m. at the Methodist Chapel.

There will be no evening service at Slapton this Sunday though.

Revd Paul is back from his vacation.

The Holy Eucharist will be at 10 a.m. in St James’ the Great Church, Paulerspury.

The All Age activities and service we call T@4 will be at 4 p.m. in Silverstone Church Rooms.

Do join us for one or other, or indeed, both!

Just enjoyed a walk from Silverstone Vicarage to St Mary’s Church, Whittlebury and back. Tiring, but good and I was able to do a couple of jobs that I needed to over there.

I think Bear, Sue’s new dog, also enjoyed the walk.
