What’s on this week for families?

☕️Coffee Plus – On Wednesday, you can join us at The Old School, Poyle Rd. for our toddler group, 10:30-12. There will be a story, craft, songs and plenty of toys for free play, sometime even sensory, messy play or use of our community garden. Suitable for all preschool age children and their carers. Refreshments and snack available, £2 suggested donation per family.

🍼Baby Plus - Our Baby group meets on Thursdays, 10.30-12 in The Old School, Poyle Rd. With sensory and messy play for all non-walking babies. Suitable from birth. Refreshments with homemade cake and plenty of time to chat, share experiences and gain support for parents. Suggested donation of £2.

⛪️ Church Service - On Sunday join us from 11-12pm for a service with music, bible verses and communion. There will be activity groups for the children to join through the service.

All welcome to our services today. 8am traditional communion is a lovely reflective start to the day. At 11am we have our family service, a shorter service with lots of interaction for all ages and refreshments and cake afterwards. You can also join via YouTube

Our next Taizé service takes place at the end of the month, this term it will take place at St. Peter’s Church, Ash.

What is a Taizé service?
🙌🏻 Taizé prayer is a form of Christian prayer, developed by the ecumenical Taizé Community in France, known for its meditative and reflective style.
🙌🏻 It includes simple, repetitive songs, scripture readings, periods of silence, and intercessory prayers.
🙌🏻 The emphasis is on creating a space where individuals can encounter God in a quiet and accessible way, regardless of their background or denomination.

We hope to see you there on the 27th. 🤍

27/09 - Taize Service (at St. Peter’s), 4pm.

We also have our relaxed term time toddler group on a Wednesday and our all-year-round baby group running on Thursdays in the Old School Hall, both at 10:30am.

Our usual service times across September are as follows:

⛪️1st Sunday – 8am Communion and 11am Family Service

⛪️2nd Sunday – 11am Communion with Children’s Groups.

⛪️3rd Sunday – 8am Communion and 4pm Café Church (in the Old School Hall)

⛪️4th Sunday – 11am Communion with Children’s Groups.

⛪️Wednesdays – 10:30am Traditional Communion Service

What’s on this week for families?

🛝Summer Park Meet Up - On Wednesday, you can join us for the last Summer Park Meet up at Harper’s Rec Playground in Ash. These sessions are open to everyone from babies right through primary school age. From 11-12:30 you will be guaranteed someone to talk to whilst tiring out your children! Please feel free to bring a picnic too!
