We had a very productive meeting on Monday and plans are coming together for Tibshelf Open Gardens. We have some fantastic gardens this year but we could do with a few more. So if you or a neighbour, a friend or relative have a garden which you think could be included this year please let us know 😊

We are now searching for some new gardens to add to our existing ones for this year.

We are looking for any gardens big or small in Tibshelf, they don't have to be show garden quality. If you know anyone; friends, neighbours or family in the village who may be interested ask them to get in touch.

This is a great community weekend, that raises funds for our church. Watch this space for updates on plans and please get in touch by messaging the page if you would like to get involved 🙂👍

We had our first planning meeting for this year's Tibshelf Open Gardens, which takes place on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June 2026. We are excited to announce that we are now searching for some new gardens to add to our existing ones. There is a fabulous A3 calendar available, featuring photo's and write ups of the Open Gardens this year. It's £5, which is very good value for money. These are available from the Co-op in Tibshelf tomorrow from 11am (pay in cash only) and will be available at the church and at the Christmas Tree Festival 6th and 7th of December. All proceeds go to the church.

Thank you to everyone that volunteered, opened their gardens and those that visited the event this year, we raised just over £3,000 for the church building. Without your support this wouldn't have been possible ❤️

We are having another Open Gardens event in 2026. Save the date for your diaries- 27-28 June 2026. If you would like to be involved to volunteer at the church or open your garden, please do get in touch.
