The sun continues to shine but some of our poor trees are in Autumn mode!

Tonight we have Deacon Jon Miller leading us in worship at 6pm. Why not join us inside the cool chapel for an hour of songs and praise.

If you can’t join us why not reflect for a moment with this short prayer (not my words)

Loving God,
thank you for the people you place in our lives.
Help us to forgive where there has been hurt,
to reach out where there has been distance,
and to choose love where there are differences.
May our homes, our churches and our communities
be places where kindness, peace and unity can grow.
Walk with us through the coming week,
and help us to be a blessing to those we meet.

On Saturday afternoon, 8th August we joined with a group of people from Tabernacle Church, Haverfordwest on a walk around Carew Mill Pond as part of their celebration of the 500th anniversary of William Tyndale's translation into English of complete text of the New Testament of the Bible. This was the first New Testament in English to be mass produced using the printing press rather than being laboriously hand written. After the walk, the group enjoyed refreshments and fellowship at Carew Wesley, with new friendships formed.

Well summer is not really truly arriving - it’s still loading 🤣.

However there’s a warm welcome awaiting at Carew Wesley chapel! We have our very own Jane Hobbs in the pulpit this week - service starts at 6pm.
