Wombridge Parish Church Wombridge Parish Church in Telford is an Anglican Church in the Diocese of Lichfield. Warm friendly welcome for families and individuals.

We are a lively welcoming church. We offer family-friendly worship at 11.00am on the 2nd and 4th Sundays and a more traditional service at 4.00pm on the 1st and and 11.00am on the 3rd Sundays. Occasional changes are shown on the church door and in the weekly newsletter. Rev Dr Tom Atfield has recently been appointed Interim Minister for the East Telford Benefice, of which we have become part.

Everyone welcome at the community lunch this Friday 5th June at Wombridge Parish Centre. There is no charge thanks to sponsorship by the co-op. We always follow lunch and dessert with a quiz and this month it's chocolate based and the prize is this box of Celebrations. One question is ...rearrange this anagram to make a chocolate favourite....SMART EELS ??? Maybe come along and join us, you'd be very welcome! We have soup, cherry or apple pie and custard and tea or coffee. And a box of Celebrations to whoever wins the quiz 🎉

Wombridge Churchyard Community Project ... this year we will continue work tidying up the Churchyard, planning to create pathways and information points. There is a meeting in the Churchyard at 2pm on Saturday 30th May, everyone welcome as we have a walk around the site and talk about next steps. The meeting will last for about an hour. All help is welcome and there is no experience needed.

You are invited to a Community Coffee Morning on Tuesday 19th May from 10.30am to 12pm in Wombridge Parish Centre, next to Wombridge Church. You can be sure of a warm welcome 🙂 There are stalls including pre-loved goods, lots of books, a raffle, tombola, a free quiz; a cake and unlimited hot drinks is £2 per person. We hope to see you there!
