🎉✨ UPCOMING EVENTS! ✨🎉

We’re excited to share some wonderful upcoming events where we can come together as one family in faith – united in love, friendship and community, regardless of our background, race or culture:

💬 Thursday 17th July at 7pm – Faith Sharing Group - Social
A warm and relaxed evening to meet, chat and grow together in faith.

☀️ Parish Picnic – Planned for Saturday 17th August, after the 11am Mass (TBC)
Bring your own food and blanket and join us on the green outside church for fellowship, laughter and (hopefully) sunshine!

🌎 International Masses – Dates to be confirmed (August/September)
A truly special chance to celebrate the rich tapestry of cultures in our parish. We’ll share international dishes, music and song, embracing each other's heritage and remembering that we are one church, one body in Christ. Refreshments will be enjoyed outside on the green – don’t forget your blanket!

As it says in scripture:

📖 "There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:28)

Let’s come together, celebrate each other’s stories and rejoice in our shared faith. All are welcome and we can't wait to see some new faces! 🙏❤️

🌞🚶‍♀️ Parish Walk for CAFOD – Completed! 🚶‍♀️🌞

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual parish walk in aid of CAFOD! It was a wonderful day of fellowship and fresh air, all in support of CAFOD’s vital work to help communities tackle poverty and injustice across the world.

One of our parishioners, Dan (pictured below, next to the beautiful Soldier silhouettes in Jackfield), is going the extra mile (literally!) this July by walking 150 miles whilst carrying a 30lbs weighted backpack, all to raise money for Help For Heroes.

🎉🚶‍♀️ Tomorrow is our annual CAFOD Walk! 🚶‍♀️🎉

Every year, as a church, we walk together to raise awareness for the amazing work that CAFOD does.
This year, we’ll be walking from St. Mary's Church, Madeley, down to Ironbridge and back again — and we’d absolutely love it if you could join us! The more, the merrier! 🎉

🕙 We will meet outside Church just before 10am, for a 10am start!

If you’re unable to join, do give us a wave or say hello if you see us out and about! 👋
