We had a party for our volunteers yesterday to celebrate the 15th birthday of Telford Street Pastors.

Dylan, Christine and Vasi went on a 5 mile sponsored walk today along the Silkin Way in aid of Telford Street Pastors. They were supported by Jan who provided refreshments and transport at the end of the walk.

Exactly 15 years ago Telford Street Pastors began their work on the streets of Telford & Wrekin. It's been an amazing journey - so many people helped, so many adventures. We are grateful for the many people who have volunteered with Telford Street Pastors over the years. Most of all we are grateful to a loving God who has sustained us and provided for us over the years, including getting us through some difficult situations. Here is the video made on our first night on 1 July 2011.

The Street Pastors were out in the daytime today at the Madeley High Street Celebration Day.

Chris Hill of Telford Street Pastors gave us an overview of the wonderful work being done in our community to keep people safe at night in our towns.

Thank you Chris and team for being there with flip flops and lollipops when people are in need.

Thank you to the Rotary Club of Ironbridge who recently gave a donation of £500 to Telford Street Pastors. Today the Rotary Club of Ironbridge presented certificates to Telford Street Pastors and to the other voluntary groups that they have supported in 2025/26. It was a heart-warming occasion. The certificate was presented by Bob Gleave, Rotary Club President, and Cllr Carolyn Healy.
