💛 Buggy Buddies Taking a Little Pause Until September 💛

After lots of lovely Buggy Buddies mornings this year, we’ve decided to pause sessions for the rest of this term due to volunteer team availability.

A huge thank you to everyone who’s walked, chatted, played and supported the group over the years — it really has become such a special little community 💛

We’ll be back in September and can’t wait to see everyone again then and welcome new families too!

🌿 Buggy Buddies is back tomorrow at 10am! 🌿

Join us for a relaxed, walk-at-your-own-pace stroll around the beautiful Vivary Park and surrounding Sherford area. It’s a lovely chance to get outdoors, meet other parents, and enjoy some fresh air with your little ones.

If you have toddlers or preschoolers, don’t forget the welly boots — we may even go on a puddle hunt! ☔👢

After the walk, we’ll have a play and song time, plus free hot drinks for the grown-ups.*

*We’ll decide on the day whether play/song time and hot drinks are indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather and what the group prefers.

Buggy Buddies are back at 10am tomorrow (Monday) for the first session of Summer term. Bring your picnic rug just incase it's warm enough for play and songtime outdoors mid walk. If it's not, we'll walk then go indoors. All welcome. FREE to attend. No booking needed. FREE hot drink!

We're gearing up for a fun filled morning tomorrow across our Sunday groups for Palm Sunday. We'll be making palm branches, decorating eggs, doing footprint painting, making suncatchers as well as sensory play trays, free play toys & games. With a palm parade in Minis and Kids as well as worship songs and palm leaf prayers, it's one not to miss.

Our groups are open to all needs so for children who are sensitive to sound, or just appreciate a quiet moment we have our chill out zone with bean bags, sensory and figit toys, ear defenders and light bubble tube. We also use a visual timetable so everyone knows what to expect.

Such a fun morning in our Sunday groups@11 today!

Our Tots@11 got creative exploring the Easter story and made some lovely cross crafts as well as lots of wriggly free play time.

Minis & Kids@11 discovered the parable of the great feast by making party invitations and enjoying a proper party with balloons, games, and cupcake decorating - a great reminder that we’re all invited to God’s party.

Meanwhile, Youth@11 spent time chatting about the hope we have because of the resurrection—how, even in worries, failure, and difficult moments at school or other situations, life has the final word, not death.

There’s something for everyone—we’d love you to come and join us sometime 😊

🌱 Kids’ Groups this Sunday!

This week our 3–5s and 6–10s will be exploring The Parable of the Sower.

There’ll be seed planting, crafts, games and songs, and our 3–5s will also enjoy sensory play and farm-themed fun 🐑🚜

It all happens during our relaxed 11am band-led service, where families start together before the kids head out to their groups.

Our Minis and Kids explored the story of Jesus calming the storm this morning through imaginative play. In our Minis (3-5's) we had a boat, sensory play, messy foil painting, games, songs and crafts. There are so many fun ways to learn about God together. With our groups for every age (0-3's, 3-5's, 6-10's, 11-16's) during our relaxed contemporary 11am service why not pop along with your child /young person or drop us a message to find out more.
