In just two week’s time, there will be an information evening about the Mothers’ Union, an organisation that champions women’s roles and rights in this modern age, throughout the world. It’s not just about women though, but the whole family in its various and many forms in the 21st century.
So come along and hear about the contribution the MU makes in so many communities. Notable worldwide organisations, including the British government, consult and seek advice from the Mothers’ Union, gained from experience throughout the 150 years that they have been in existence.
In addition Rev Geoff, formally a Radio Stoke presenter, will be telling us a bit about his life, both on and off the radio.
There is no charge to come along to St Chad’s Church, Winsford, CW7 4DA from 6.45pm on Wednesday 10th June. There will be drinks and nibbles.
