We are thrilled that last weekend's Open Gardens and Cream Teas raised £2,000! Many thanks to all those who helped with organising the event, or who came along to support; and particular thanks to the hosts of the three lovely gardens.

A perfect end to a fabulous weekend - Pam took these pictures in the churchyard of (left) a small copper butterfly, (top right) a painted lady butterfly, and (bottom left) a seed pod of yellow rattle. As the seeds ripen they eventually become loose and rattle in the pod until the pod rots away and the seeds fall to the ground, where they will hopefully germinate and form new seedlings for next year.

Looking forward to our informal Worship for all tomorrow morning as we celebrate the Feast of Pentecost. Come at 10.15 to ice cakes and enjoy refreshments, before worship begins at 10.45am. Suitable for all ages. Service ends circa 11.30am.

Taplow Tots is on tomorrow 9.30am to 11.30am in the church. Take a look at the amazing ox eye daisies and red clover, and mouse-ear hawkweed thriving in the churchyard as you arrive.
