Are you concerned about flooding?

Roz Savage MP is holding a dedicated Flooding Meeting on Friday 23 October 2026, from 1:00pm–4:30pm at Crudwell Village Hall, bringing together residents and relevant organisations to discuss flooding issues across the constituency.

Roz writes: "We know how significant and, in many cases, ongoing these issues are for local communities. The meeting will provide an opportunity for residents who have been affected by flooding, or who have raised concerns with us previously, to share their experiences and hear about the work being undertaken to address these problems.
We would be very pleased if you were able to attend.

Witlshire Local Plan

Wiltshire Council has commenced a Scoping Consultation on the preparation of the new Wiltshire Local Plan. The consultation opens at 09:00 on 2 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 September 2026.
This is the first formal stage in preparing the new Wiltshire Local Plan and provides communities, businesses, organisations and other stakeholders with an early opportunity to help shape its development. We are inviting views on six questions under the following topics:
• What the Wiltshire Local Plan should contain; and
• How the Council should engage with communities and stakeholders during the preparation of the Plan.
The main consultation document, the Wiltshire Local Plan Scoping Document, sets out the specific questions that we are asking. Supporting documents, including the Wiltshire Baseline Survey of Area (2026-2045) report and Draft Wiltshire Local Plan Engagement Strategy, are also available to review.
