We are one of five Anglican churches working together as part of Afon Tawe Ministry Area.

What if church was less about rules and more about love and community? A place where people support one another. Where friendships grow. Where kindness matters. Where everyone is welcome.

Jesus said that the most important things in life are to love God and to love our neighbours as ourselves. Everything else flows from that.

So whether you're full of faith, full of questions, or simply looking for genuine community, we'd love to meet you. Come and experience a place where people laugh together, encourage one another, and journey through life side by side. No pressure. No perfect people. Just real people learning to love well.

Come for the community. Stay for the connection. Leave with hope.

Planning ahead…….

Remembrance Sunday will be here within 2 months. As part of this years display, we want to dress the trees on the village green with lots of poppies.

We need your help. If you are a knitter or good at crochet, please knit some poppies to add to this display. They can be dropped off at the village shop for us to collect and prepare the displays.

Let’s do this as a community!!

Come and Chat at Llangyfelach Church

Thinking about a baptism or wedding? Curious about faith? Looking for ways to get involved in your community? Or simply fancy a friendly chat and a cuppa?

Whatever's on your mind, you're warmly invited to join us at Llangyfelach Church on 5th September at 11:30am. Come and meet our clergy in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

We'd be happy to chat about:
• Baptisms, weddings and funerals
• Faith and spirituality
• Volunteering opportunities
• Community activities and support
• Life's joys, challenges and questions
• What the church offers for people of all ages
• Ideas you may have for activities, groups, or projects that could be set up within the church for the benefit of the community

Whether you're a regular churchgoer, haven't been to church in years, or have never stepped inside a church before, everyone is welcome.

Have an idea that could make a difference in our community? We'd love to hear it and explore how the church might help bring it to life.

Over the past month, Rev Anthony, Fr Bashir, Alistair, Mo, Simon the shop and Dai have been working hard at the church grounds. The petrol mowers, the brushcutter, the loppers and the mowers have been hard at work.

Lots of fun, team work and motivation.

A big thank you from all at church.

We always need more volunteers to help out. Let us know if you can offer some time. Perhaps a monthly boys and their toys in the grounds group? You up for it?
