Grief can feel lonely, but you don't have to carry it alone.

Join us for a gentle, supportive workshop where we'll use singing, breath, and connection to create space for whatever you're carrying. You don't need to be a singer or have any musical experience—just come as you are.

Together, we'll explore how singing can help us express emotions that words sometimes can't, offering comfort, connection, and a sense of hope in the company of others.

Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a life change, or simply feeling the weight of loss, you'll be warmly welcomed into a compassionate and non-judgemental space.
