As we come to the end of the camping season at Studland 2026, we want to take a moment to reflect with gratitude on all that God has done throughout this summer. ❤️

We would love to hear your stories and testimonies from camp — the moments where you saw God move, lives being changed, prayers being answered, faith growing, or simply those small moments that reminded you of His presence.

If there’s a story, testimony or moment from camp that has stayed with you, we’d genuinely love to hear it. Whether it feels big or small, we believe every story is worth celebrating.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed, served, given, encouraged and been part of Studland this summer. Above all, we give thanks to God for His faithfulness and for every life He has touched. 🙏

Please send us your stories — we’d love to hear what God has done in and through you this summer. ❤️

So, yesterday saw the finish of Family Camp 3 and a fantastic run of summer camps seeing over 500 people camping at Studland this summer!

A great team of volunteers arrived on site at 10am to pack down the camp. It was a very hot, sunny day at the site, but the volunteers worked tirelessly to take down marquees, bell tents, pack up the cookhouse and move games equipment, chairs and tables into the store.

Studland Camps is run entirely by volunteers (over 110 this summer), so a big shout out to all those who served on team, set the site up, packed it down, prayed for the camps and have given financially to make each camp exceptional and memorable for the children, young people and families who attended. You are all stars and very important to us.

Thank you all!!

Thank you for your prayers for Family Camp 2, which finished yesterday. Everyone had a great time, please pray for the families as they travel home.
Family Camp 3 started in the afternoon and is the last camp of the season. There is a new chaplain on this camp, so please pray for him and his family.
On Wednesday we will be packing down the camp for another year. Please pray that the weather is dry, so that we can get all the tents packed away safely and in good time.
Prayers for Family Camp 3 are very much appreciated.

So Family Camp 1 came to an end yesterday morning. What a great time everyone had. During the morning in the altogether time everyone sang The Blessing and it was a very special time of God moving among us. Thank you all so much for your prayers, we saw so many answers.

The camp was not without some drama, when the pump to the septic tank suddenly decided not to work, so no showers or toilets for 6 hours, but thanks to Colin is was all working again at 10pm.

Please pray now for Ian and Alison as the lead Family Camp 2, which started yesterday afternoon. Your prayers are very much appreciated.

Meet Carol, one of our wonderful volunteers on Studland camps!

Carol is a children’s and family worker at her local church in London and has been involved in camps at Studland since Summer 2024. Each year she brings along some of the children in her groups to give them a Christian residential experience. Carol says, ‘I love to come each year because it's great to see the children enjoying themselves, trying new things whilst learning more about Jesus and his love for them. I have grown spiritually through the camps as I believe when we serve others, we draw closer to God ourselves. Serving alongside other Christian camp leaders, of all ages, is a true reflection of God's Kingdom in action’.

Carol loves volunteering and would recommend others get involved, as it is a real encouragement to be part of what God is doing in the lives of the children.

Thank you Carol!
