A retreat is a valuable opportunity to participate in communal practice in friendly, ideal conditions. Whether you are new to Buddhism or an old hand, this can be a rich, insightful and enjoyable experience.

On this Retreat we will be highlighting the place that communication and friendship can play in a Buddhist's life. Through meditation, communication, talks and ritual we will be exploring and sharing the possibilities and potential of Sangha.

The Retreat will be held at Adhisthana, near Ledbury in Herefordshire (around 1hr and 15minute drive by car share from Stroud). We arrive around 4pm on Friday and leave after lunch on Sunday.

The cost is £70, which covers all meals and accommodation.
