The Swindon Churches Green Festival is a town-wide, week-long celebration focused on sustainability, ecological action, and enjoying the local environment. Running from June 6 to June 14, the festival is themed "Rooted in Faith – Growing a Greener Future" and features various eco-events, workshops, and community gatherings.

Lots going on across all Churches in Swindon also listen out for the Bells

St Margaret's Church yard on Saturday 6th for a litter pick at 11am
St Mary Magdalene Church yard on Wednesday 10th evening
St Leonard's Church yard Nature Walk Sunday 14th at 10am

Thanks to a generous legacy from Brenda Tuck; St Margaret’s Centre now has a defibrillator available for our community.

Pictured are some of those who have also helped make this possible. Church Warden Ian Jones, our Rector Rev Elveen, Centre Trustee Richard Pflegler and St John Swindon Emergency Responder Professor Michael Seed. Michael is a local resident and has generously offered to make sure the defibrillator is maintained.

This morning we thanked two very special people. One standing down from our PCC and the other standing down as Church Warden. Both will continue to be active in our church family, they just get to do all the things they love. A few more pictures to follow with a few more details.
