New green tea: Japanese organic Matcha loose. This lovely smooth, vegetal powdered tea is produced from tea bushes which are covered and therefore is partially grown in the shade. This increases chlorophyll levels to produce a sweet, mild tea. The leaves are stripped of veins and stalks before drying.
