Loved our first Easter Sunday. Jesus has been so faithful & his provision has been so apparent ever since our first service in a lounge on 14 July ‘24.

Jesus is the Spirit-anointed Son who fulfils the offices of prophet, priest, and king. He shows us the Father as prophet, brings us to the Father as priest, and brings in his Father’s kingdom as king.

“The key distinguishing factor is repentance. We are always called to forgive those who hurt us, but we are not obligated to reconcile with those who refuse to acknowledge their sin or continue to intentionally harm us”. To add a third category, it’s worth noting that in some situations restoration (of a relationship to what it once was) may never be possible.

When faced with the painful task of forgiving someone who shows no remorse for the harm they have caused us, we can find courage in knowing that God will administer justice perfectly, both to us and our offender.
