A post for pastors/ministers/church leadership teams. Please share and encourage your pastor/minister to join us in October.

Hello Pastors/Church Leader friends
We’re thankful to have this opportunity to share details with you about our inaugural Altars Scotland conference to be held from October 29th–31st in Edinburgh at City On A Hill Church.

Altars is a conference aimed towards Pastors/Leaders and Leadership teams. It was birthed in Church of the City, New York under the leadership of Pastor Jon Tyson.
What makes this ministry so Kingdom-focused and timely for us in Scotland is that the concept of Altars came alive in Jon’s heart while he visited the Isle of Lewis and studied The Hebrides Revival. God gave Jon the revelation that while God is sovereign in revival, He came to Barvas and the Isle of Lewis as a result of His people pleading with Him in prayer to pour out His Holy Spirit.
‘God comes where He’s wanted!’ Is the spiritual principle behind this work as Jon encourages individuals and churches to rebuild the altars of the heart, the home, the church, and the region/community. Such rebuilding takes place when God's people give priority to worship and intercessory prayer.
We as an Altars Scotland leadership team began to speak about the vision last year. The vision was then cemented in our hearts when we went to Altars New York in January this year.

We firmly believe that Altars Scotland is on God’s heart and agenda for our nation in this time. As such we are delighted to invite you to consider joining us for Altars Scotland in Edinburgh at the end of October. We truly believe this will be a richly blessed weekend for us all.
Pastor Jon Tyson will be our main speaker and he will be joined by Rev Kenny Borthwick, Mrs Andrea Wigglesworth, and Rev Tommy MacNeil. Our worship will be led by Rick and Lydia Dicas from KXC Church in London alongside worship teams from Martin’s Memorial and Easterhouse Baptist Church. We’ll also have seminars that will involve other church and worship leaders, more details on this to follow.
For more information about Altars Scotland and to book tickets for you and your leadership team, please visit:

https://www.altarsscotland.org.uk

We have a special early bird rate of £80 per person until June 30th. This will increase to £100 from the 1st July.

As we look to God for Him to do greater things in our nation at this time, we would ask you to pray for God’s blessings on Altars Scotland and all who will join with us. As His will is done, may His Kingdom come still more.

Blessings and peace to you in Jesus name.

Sunday AM service - Jon Tyson
Jon shared a significant word on the need for a Revival of Encouragement in our day. There is power in a well timed word - we are called to leverage our resources for the sake of others and celebrate the work of God in those around us!

Hebrides Revival Conference 2026 - What a glorious weekend! We thank God for His presence being made known amongst us as we gathered to seek Him in prayer, worship, teaching and ministry. So thankful for the rich words brought to us by the ministry team over the weekend!
We pray you all know Gods richest blessings going before you and a continued awareness of His nearness in these days.
