Christ Church, Stone

Christ Church, Stone Christ Church, Stone welcomes you! Our purpose: committed to following Jesus, commissioned to make disciples. For more information visit our website.

We meet to worship Jesus, learning from the Holy Bible how to be the people He wants us to be and serve the area in which He has put us. On Sundays we gather together to worship God and encourage one another to worship him with our lives for the coming week. We meet on Sundays at 9.15am in person (face masks are now optional, but we have a mask-only zone on the left side) but run a zoom live link

to this service (sign up on our webpage). If you are new or planning a visit, see our What to Expect page. Our normal pattern of services is as follows:

1st Sunday of the month Holy Communion (with children’s groups)
2nd Sunday of the month Morning Prayer (with children’s groups)
3rd Sunday of the month Holy Communion (with children’s groups)
4th Sunday of the month Family Service (all ages remain together; the service is geared towards children)

Our church building is located on Radford Street / Christ Church Way, opposite the Police Station. You will find plenty of parking in the adjacent public Christchurch Way car park (P&D). Feel free to join us - whether you have been a Christian for many years or if you have never been to church before.

We worship the Trinitarian God of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He has given us all we need to guide us in His ways that give us life in all its fullness if we keep to His word (the Holy Bible).

It’s a humbling thing to come to the point where you know you need forgiveness and receive this from Jesus. This shapes the rest of life as we live by grace alone. Come and more this Sunday as we continue to learn how to develop a Christian mindset for all of life.
