Spiritual disciplines are important in our walk with God. However, as we grow in the revelation of who Jesus is and who we are in Him, our obedience flows naturally—not out of religious compulsion or fear, but from a place of love and responsibility as His sons and daughters.
Let us therefore walk in the confidence of His love, not in fear of punishment, nor in the belief that our works make us more acceptable before Him. Our works are a response to His grace, not the reason for our acceptance. For it is Christ alone who has made us accepted in the Beloved. 🙏🏾
