What an amazing sacrifice was made for us!

Our God, sent His beloved son Jesus, to give us Victory and His death on the cross is a victory in us.
Jesus says….
The victory I call you to walk in is already within you. When everything seems difficult, yield to my life within, and you will find grace. My promise is a promise of victory, and my victory is my life released in you. I dispense my glory when you open your heart deeper to me. Taste my victory and rest in me, for I have overcome all things.

I have brought you to this place because of my passionate and tender love for you. I want to show you my victory. I want you to learn from me and take my easy yoke upon your soul and find rest.
Have I not promised to lead you to the quiet brooks of peace?
I will show you the path as you still your heart before me.
Trust in me and not in what you see. Believe in me when fear attempts to stop your advance, and there you will find victory.
Even when you don’t know what to do or what step to take, my peace will guide you.
Take my gift of today’s victory and rest in knowing I am already preparing tomorrow’s triumph.

When we are invited into the family of God, he provides what we need. There is more than enough grain to feed us, there is water to quench our thirst, and there is protection from the meddling of others. We have all that we need in the covering of Jesus Christ. He is both our provision and our protection.

When we are following the Lord, he will give us directions to help us on the way. There will be people he sets in our path who will help us to know which way to go. The community of faithful lovers of God who are already working to bring in the harvest will cue us in where to go when we have no idea otherwise. The Spirit is our Living Water, the source of our refreshment and rejuvenation. There is more than enough in his presence to satisfy us whenever we are weary.

Find me in today.

This is the day that I have made. I long for you to find me in it. Seek to discover the joys I have for you. Believe that I am with you, in you, and for you. All you need, not just to get through this day but to enjoy it, is found in me. Let me be your confidence, your identity, and your provision. Draw from the river of my presence that refreshes you from within.

Every day I offer you the joy of fellowship with me. I love the way you turn to me, even in your busyness, and offer me your thoughts, your song, or a glance. One movement of your heart toward me means more than pious words, laboriously spoken out of duty. I want you to enjoy our communion and to trust that regardless of what the day holds, I am walking through it with you. Do you feel the movement of my heart drawing you closer today? Take a deep breath, grasp my hand, and trust me for today. That’s all I ask—for you to take one day at a time and find the beauty of my presence within it.

Jesus says …….My power changes everything.

I am the power of life itself, the source of all that was, is, and is to come. I am not limited to the laws of this nature, for I wrote them in the first place. I am the giver of good things, and the One who restores all things to glory.

I make all things new because it’s what I do. I am Creator. Even so, the power that is at work in holding the stars in their places is the same power at work in your life. I am making you new, reviving your courage, and restoring your identity as child of the living God.

When I speak, who can contest it? When I move, who can stop me? I am doing a new thing in your life, bringing victory and loveliness out of the ashes of defeat. I am redeeming every broken dream in my lavish love. Come alive in the sweetness of my delight. There is no shadow of a doubt in my mind about choosing you as my own. You are my beloved, my child, my chosen. The power of my life within you breaks down the cycles of trauma and shame. Your destiny is greater than you know. You are free to be who I created you to be—free in me.

Strength to overcome 😇

Every trial is a divine opportunity for our character to grow. It’s a chance for us to discover how truly faithful Jesus is and how strong we are when we’re fastened to his love. When our faith is tested and fear looms in the shadows, we can reach for the Light and he will come.

Trials are a launching pad for our glorious transformation. Though the enemy creates them to take us out, Jesus shakes things up and turns things around. Ironically, trials become things we can be thankful for. If it weren’t for them, we’d never know how faithful he is. If our love was never tested, we’d never truly know how devoted to Jesus we are. To discover his power, there must first be a need for it. To relish the joy of laughing in the face of adversity, there must be an enemy to laugh at.

Never Abandoned

The answer to the promise of Christ to his disciples in John 14:18 was threefold. He would come to them after his resurrection numerous times before he ascended to the Father. He would send the person of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost to live forever within them. Lastly, he will come in the day we still anticipate: the second coming.

Just as Jesus did not leave his disciples as orphans, he will not abandon any of us either. His ever-present Spirit stays with us through the good and the bad. He does not leave us alone in our trials or in our triumphs. He is with us. The Spirit’s companionship is a glimpse of what it will be like when we are in the fullness of Christ’s kingdom, wrapped in his love and living freely before the light of his face. What a day we await!

No Reason to Fear

When we look at the reasons God gives us to not give in to discouragement or fear, we catch a glorious glimpse of his goodness. He tells us to be strong in his love, to be brave in his presence. There is no reason to let fear overtake us, for God is with us. He is the one who goes with us into every battle. He is our strength, our support, and our constant help.

There truly is no need to let worry paralyze us when we live in the reality of his presence. He does not leave us or abandon us. He does not take breaks, and he never slumbers. He is always aware of what is going on both in and around us. We can be confident in his clarity and encouraged in his ability to save, redeem, and restore. There is nothing that he cannot do. He is the God who splits seas, he is the Defender of the weak, and he is with you and me.

YAHWEH, make your presence known to us. Encourage us in your strength and calm our anxious heart.

Beloved, when you’re in the middle of a test or unpleasant circumstance, don’t look for a quick exit. I know how difficult it is. I understand that sometimes it makes you want to run away and forget everything. But in the middle of the process, you are not alone. I’m with you every step of the way. Just as a pregnant woman must pass through the pains of labor, so you also must push through the birthing process of this trial. I promise, you will come out of this with new stores of favor and light.

I call for you to be content in the process, without needing an explanation that satisfies your impatience. If there is something you need to know, trust me to reveal it plainly—to pour out my wisdom and unveil the hidden secrets. Listen to my voice and follow its sound. I’ll take you to places of delicate pastures, where you can rest. Simply come closer, and my grace will give you the strength you need to get to the other side. I am with you. I will not leave you. Don’t give up!
