BUTT LANE Baptist Church Christian Church where we love and honour our Lord Jesus Christ. SUNDAY WORSHIP IS HELD AT 10.30 am EACH SUNDAY.

Our popular WEDNESDAY DROP IN is back open again and RUNS FROM 10.30am until 1.00 pm ,hot /cold snacks, cakes, hot drinks are available to buy. A children's youth club runs every Tuesday and Wednesday evening starting 6.30pm £2.00. We are very blessed at Butt Lane to receive ministry and worship from our minister Rev Les Sanderson
The church is available for Weddings ,Wedding Blessings ,Infant Dedications ,Believers Baptisms ,and Funerals by arrangement with our minister on 07968437947

Daily Prayer Focus::

Tuesday:
Pray for the Bible Studies being held in Churches to study the Word of God in greater depth. Pray that we may all be spiritually fed by His Word and the fellowship enjoyed in these sessions. Pray for those who lead these studies.

Monday:
Praise God for the gift of children in our society. Thank Him for all those who help to bring these children up and teach the right way. Thank Him especially for those who teach our children about Jesus and the free gift of salvation through Him.

Daily Prayer Focus::

Sunday:
Pray for those starting new jobs or apprenticeships at this time. Pray they may find their workplace a safe and worthwhile environment and their employers give them all the training and encouragement to enable them to thrive and develop their skills.

Daily Prayer Focus::

Saturday:
Pray for the young people attending university and perhaps leaving home for the first time. Pray they may stay safe and use their new freedom wisely. May God help them to avoid the worst pitfalls of university life.

Friday:
Pray for the children attending special schools. Pray that the teachers may have infinite patience and love and be able to help each child fulfill their potential. Pray that enough places and adequate staffing are made available to meet the need.

Thursday:
Pray for the children moving up to secondary school this term. Pray they may not be overwhelmed with the much greater numbers of pupils. Pray they may find school a safe and happy experience and continue to enjoy learning and socializing.

Wednesday:
Pray for the children entering primary school for the first time this week. Pray that they be given any extra help they need to feel happy and settled in this new environment. May they develop a real love of learning and sharing with their peers.
