It was wonderful to be present at a wonderful service at York Minster today celebrating the consecration of Rick Simpson as Bishop of Durham. Please do keep Rick in your prayers over the coming days and weeks as he prepares for his installation at Durham Cathedral in June.

This morning we had a packed church for our Easter Sunday service. We started with the bare cross from Good Friday which was decorated with beautiful flowers.

Our Easter fayre is up and running. There's still time for you to come along, grab a bargain, enter the raffle, consume your own body weight in chocolate and cake and have lots of fun 😂

Today we celebrated Good Friday in church with a lovely service.

Tomorrow we meet at 10am for our Easter Fayre.

Sunday we celebrate Jesus' resurrection in our Sunday service at 10am
