Spear Centre Manager
Missional Pastor (16–24s)

These are two exciting opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of young people, helping them discover their potential, build community and take positive steps towards their future.

There’s still time to apply!

We’re recruiting for two exciting roles at Stockton Parish Church, both focused on investing in young people and seeing lives transformed across Teesside.

Spear Centre Manager
Help lead the launch of Spear in Stockton, supporting young people aged 16–24 who are not in education, employment or training to build confidence, skills and move towards employment.

Missional Pastor (16–24s)
Help us grow our mission and ministry with young adults across Stockton, building relationships, sharing faith and creating opportunities for 16–24s to encounter Jesus.

If you’re passionate about young people, leadership and making a difference (or you know someone who might be) we’d love to hear from you.

We're growing our team!

We're excited to be recruiting for two new roles as we invest in the next generation across Stockton.

Spear Centre Manager (Full Time or Part Time)
Help launch and lead a brand-new Spear Centre, supporting 16–24-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training to build confidence, develop skills and move into sustainable work.

Missional Pastor (16–24s) - (Full Time)
Pioneer and lead a new ministry among young adults, building relationships through local colleges and Spear Stockton, creating opportunities to explore faith, and helping young people connect with the life of Stockton Parish Church.

These are exciting opportunities to shape something new from the beginning, joining a welcoming staff team with a vision to see Stockton transformed through the love of Jesus.
