St Mary's Church, Staunton in the Vale

St Mary's Church, Staunton in the Vale Staunton Halls Snow Drop Sunday This Febuary 19th sees the grounds of Staunton Hall open to the public. There will be hot drinks and food available.

Come and spend the day wondering through snowdrops in this hidden gem of Nottinghshire. Staunton Hall is the private home of the Staunton Family so this is a rare oppunity. Entry is £3.50 per person (under 12's free) all proceeds are going to the church tower repair fund. Well behaved dogs are welcome but keep on leads please. Also please wear sensible shoes.

Well it's a beautiful day, we couldn't ask for better, looking forward to seeing all the visitors. The snowdrops are at their peak, the spell of cold weather held them back slightly and they now look glorious. Here we go!
