As a reminder its our Carol and Gift Service this Sunday 7th December at 4.00 pm when we will be collecting gifts for the children of the Welwyn Hatfield Womens refuge. Hope you can come! Please pass on this message to others in the village and beyond. We will be singing some lovely carols and the church will be candlelit for the occasion.

So that everyone knows what age ranges to by presents for, the Womens refuge expect to have:
14 women and 21 children comprising -11 toddlers, 8 primary school aged children – boys and girls
One 10 year old girl, one 12 year old boy.

Thank you everyone who attended our concert last night. What a fabulous night it was! We were totally captivated from beginning to end - A musical performance of awe inspiring technical mastery yet deeply moving and uplifting. Well done and thank you to our performers Geirþrúður Anna Guðmundsdóttir and Antoine Preat and best of luck for the rest of your tour!

Thank you so much to our wonderful audience too! we raised £333 in total - £168 for the church and £165 for Mission Direct, a Hitchen based charity who raise funds for building schools in Africa and 7 other counties worldwide.
