✨ We are delighted to welcome The Empowerment Therapist to Sowerby Bridge Spiritualist Church for their wonderful Sound Bath sessions which will take place on the first Thursday of each month starting in July. ✨

🪷 Immerse yourself in sacred sound frequencies and gentle vibrations that guide you into deep inner stillness, allowing the guided relaxation to enhance your experience.
This sound bath is an invitation to quieten the conscious mind and allow the body to enter a deeply relaxed state that supports the natural ability to self-healing. As the sounds move through you, the experience encourages a sense of ease and can help clear energetic blockages, restore harmony to mind, body, and spirit, creating space for balance, renewal, and peaceful awareness.

💚💚What an amazing day we had on Saturday at our Big Brew! 💚💚

Thanks to the incredible support of everyone who attended, donated, and helped out, we raised an amazing £850 for Huddersfield to Ukraine Humanitarian Aid!!!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported this worthwhile cause. Special thanks go to our hardworking committee members for all their dedication and effort in making the event such a success.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our four wonderful mediums-Tricia, Helen, Kathryn, and Mary-for generously giving their time and helping to make the day so special.
