St James Church - Dengie St. James, Dengie is a small parish church serving Asheldham and Dengie – two small rural villages near the coast in Essex. Lawrence) with Rev.

It is served by a small band of loyal PCC members and parishioners – whose focus is to unite the community and church. James is part of a joint benefice of four parishes (Bradwell-on-sea, Tillingham and St. Steven Poss supporting all.

Candlelit Carol Service & Blessing of the Asheldham War Memorial with Archdeacon of Chelmsford - Sunday 7th December - 4pm

Christmas Communion - Christmas Day - 9am

There will also be two Midnight Services on Christmas Eve at St Lawrence Church and St Thomas in Bradwell at 11.30pm.
