EID IN THE PARK 2022 - SOUTHEND
Things to consider for the day:

- Please arrive in plenty of time to park and pass through security/bag checks. There is only one Eid jammah at 10AM.
- ‎Zuhr jammah will be performed at 1:30PM on site and the event will finish at 2PM.
- ‎Please bring your own prayer mats as we do not provide them. You may also want bring along picnic mats/blankets to sit, we do provide chairs & tables.
- ‎Please wear suitable clothing as the events including prayers are completely outdoors.
- ‎You may want to bring active wear to use on the 3G football pitch which we’ll have exclusive access to for the duration of the event.
- ‎Please arrive to the event with wudhu.
- ‎Fitrana will only be collected by cash upon arrival.
- ‎Other donations will accept card.
- ‎Funds will be distributed to both mosques equally.
- ‎Other charities may join us on the day. We do not collect commission or have not charged them to attend the event.
- ‎Attendees are advised to bring cash for the stalls.
- ‎A 'Ladies Only' section will be provided which include a seating area and toilets.
- ‎Please listen to and respect our security and volunteers.
- ‎Potential bag checks will take place upon entry.
- ‎Ambulance and Paramedics will be on standby if needed.
- ‎A control hub will be allocated on the day for any serious matters or emergencies.
