After the Yoga Nidra, you can simply rest as soothing chimes, crystal bowls & other carefully chosen instruments wash over you, encouraging the body to fully unwind.

Spring Fair
We're happy to be holding our annual Spring Fair, this year on Saturday 7th March from 1-5pm, entry is free. There will be 1-2-1 readings available with popular mediums, you can pre-book a reading or just turn up on the day.
Readings are £15 for 30 minutes.
Healing will be available throughout the day, no need to book.
It wouldn’t be a fair without great stalls for you to browse!
There will be cakes and refreshments available to buy too.
