New Community Church Sholing

Meets at Sholing Church 10:00 Sunday except 3rd Sunday of the month 10:00 Central Hall. All welcome! Welcome to New Community Church Sholing.

We are a very friendly and welcoming church family that provides a place of friendship and belonging for people of all ages and backgrounds. We love God, love one another and go and make disciples, encouraging everyone to grow in their own personal relationship with God. We meet on Sundays at the Sholing Church, St Monica Road starting at 10:00 (refreshments from 09:45). Free parking is available

through the red gates to the left of the building. On the 3rd Sunday of the month there is NO MEETING at St Monica as we meet at Central Hall, St Mary Street starting at 10:00 (refreshments from 09:45). There are Hub Groups that meet on some weekday evenings in different areas and on some weekday mornings at the Sholing Church. We enjoy having fun together through our monthly Quiz Night at 7:15pm on the 1st Friday of every month and various social outings. Our style is friendly and informal and we’re always pleased to welcome newcomers. Just come as you are; you are very welcome!

Little Treasures toddler group restarts Tuesday 9th June 10-11.15am with a full team! It’s colour week with Wow said the Owl. Paint and food crafts plus active play, story snack and singing.

Little Treasures is a Toddler Group based in Sholing for under 5s and their parents/carers (sorry no child-minders), based at New Community Church, Sholing. There are plenty of fun and creative activities for the children. Each session ends with a short Bible-based thought for the day, and a snack,....

Little Treasures Toddler Group starts Tuesday 12th May 10-11.15am. This will be during term time with plenty of fun activities and crafts for pre schoolers.

This morning we have Breakfast church from 10! Plenty of free bacon butties and pancakes plus short Bible talk and kids activities. Community food donation supported by Fareshare from 12 noon.

This morning we celebrate a risen Saviour! On that first Sunday morning the women were told by an angel as they came to the tomb, ‘He is not here, He has risen!’ Jesus is alive and is still transforming and changing lives. During our Easter service we will have a time of worship, a Bible message, and activities and crafts for the children. Plus egg hunt and refreshments. All welcome. Fareshare at 12!
