Isaac Watts Memorial Church

Isaac Watts Memorial Church A friendly, family orientated church in Upper Shirley, Southampton
Services start at 11.00 every Sunday

Whilst retaining our own identity, we enjoy learning and working together to do God's will here in Southampton. In 2006 we became part of a larger group of churches (known as the South West Hants Group), in order to share our resources more effectively. This group includes Avenue St Andrew's, Chandler's Ford and Freemantle United Reformed Churches, and Valley Park and Lord's Hill Local Ecumenical

Partnership churches. Our church is also a member of Churches Together in Shirley and District; an interdenominational group working to share the Good News in word and deed in the Shirley area. The Comminicare project is one success story from this work.

Simon Says. Small Charity. BIG Impact.

This Small Charity Week, we are proud to be part of a national celebration of the vital role small charities play in communities across the UK.

Although we are defined as a small charity, we make a big impact to the lives of bereaved children and young people living in Hampshire.

We give grief a voice, helping children and young people understand their feelings, supporting families to rebuild their lives, and guiding professionals to respond with confidence and compassion.

Please help us to continue our vital work:

They are wearing a bright blue smock to protect their clothes. Standing to the side of the child is a Simon Says volunteer. They are looking down at the child, their expression is of gentle encouragement and supervision. The ‘Small Charity Week’ logo in the bottom left corner, is a bold geometric design with bright colors such as orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, and purple. Below the graphic is text that reads “22-29 June.”]
