Our Wellbeing Café will be open on Monday from 9.00-11.30am where you can enjoy a cuppa, a piece of cake, or a toastie as well as some good conversation. Come and make some new friends. All Welcome!

Our next Let's Connect Café will be happening on Tuesday 8th September from 9.30am-11.30am. It's a great opportunity to discover new groups/activities and to meet new people. It's also a great opportunity to chat to various community partners and to see the Saints Foundation in action. There's a circuit exercise session at 10am and chair exercise at 12.30pm. ALL WELCOME!

A selection of fruit and veg, meat, bakery and the usual store cupboard items. £1 and we will call people through in a random order. Please bring your own bags. Sorry no deliveries. Either before or after you pick up your goodies, do join us for a cuppa and chat.
