All Saints for All Generations - Repairs to Ladbroke Church and Sharing our Heritage

Danke für die wunderbare Musik!
It started with Bach's famous Toccata & Fugue and closed with a roof-raising rendition of "Now thank we all our God", sung simultaneously by the choir in German and audience in English. In between there was fine acapella singing by Kantorei Prenzlau and beautiful music from the cello and organ, but I wonder what our residents bats thought of the cuckoo in their midst!

This Saturday, record Wimbledon and come to Ladbroke Church for some live musical action. No tickets required, retiring collection in aid of church funds.

Spa Chorale will be singing at Bishops Itchington Church (CV47 2QJ) including songs by Cole Porter, Gershwin, Puccini and Irving Berlin.
All welcome, donations on the door, interval refreshments available.

TOO HOT ???
If you are looking for somewhere cool to visit this half term it's a lovely temperature in Ladbroke Church (CV47 2DF), 17'C inside this morning and unlikely get above 22'C, however hot it is outside. Usual opening hours are 10 am - 4pm but this Monday to Friday we won't lock up until after 7pm.

Whether you want to come and pray, contemplate or explore this fascinating place a cool welcome awaits you! You'll find free leaflets and guidebooks to borrow or buy about the church, its stunning stained glass windows and the rocks and fossils in the walls and churchyard. Children can discover more with our free Explore with Simon booklet, I-spy sheet and Jurassic Ladbroke leaflet.

🔔🔔CHRISTMAS SERVICES AT LADBROKE CHURCH (CV47 2DF)🔔🔔
Everyone is welcome to join us at our:
VILLAGE CAROL SERVICE on Sunday, 21st Dec at 6pm. A traditional service with carols and readings chosen by the congregation. There will be tea, coffee & mince pies afterwards.
CRIB SERVICE on Christmas Eve at 3pm. For the young and young at heart - if you can't sit still for long this is the service for you! Come along and take part in the singing and action, and if you wish come dressed up as your favourite nativity character.
CHRISTMAS COMMUNION SERVICE on Christmas Day at 9am.
